Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy to return or exchange your item.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team via the Contact Us page within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back using the carrier of your choice (we recommend using a trackable shipping method).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
- If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify the item you'd like instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
